Where do you deliver to and how much does it cost?

We currently ship to the UK.

Shipping starts from £2.95 and is free for all orders over £25.00.

We try to minimise our packaging as much as we can and would be grateful for your packaging feedback.

Fast Delivery & Free Shipping from £25

We keep things simple and transparent:

  • Free standard shipping (Royal Mail Tracked 48) for all UK orders over £25
  • Royal Mail Tracked 48 shipping costs £2.95 for all orders under £25 (delivery aim 2-3 working days after dispatch)
  • Royal Mail Tracked 24 shipping costs £3.95 (delivery aim 1-2 working days after dispatch)
  • We ship to all valid addresses in the UK, excl. PO Boxes
  • No surcharge for Scottish Highlands & Islands delivery

Your order will be dispatched within 2 working days using Royal Mail Tracked 24 / 48 or DPD.

You’ll see an estimated delivery date during checkout and receive a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.

Local delivery (selected EH postcodes)

We offer free local delivery for orders over £20 to selected EH postcodes within 1-2 working days.
We currently offer free local delivery to the following EH postcodes:

  • EH1 - EH7

Returns Policy

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a copy of your invoice as a proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, we will process your refund, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

  1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again.
  2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  4. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@gobrecht-ulrich.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, if your total order value was less than £40.

If you return an order worth over £20, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@gobrecht-ulrich.com and send your item to:
