We currently ship to the UK.

Fast & Free Delivery

We keep things simple and transparent:

  • Shipping is free for all UK orders!
  • No minimum order value to get free shipping
  • We ship to all valid addresses in the UK, excl. PO Boxes

Currently we dispatch your orders within 1-2 working days.

We use Royal Mail's 24 / 1st Class service or Royal Mail Tracked 24. For larger orders or timed delivery, we trust UPS.

We're taking every pre-caution to ensure your order is packed in a clean environment. Our couriers do zero-contact deliveries as per industry recommended guidelines.

    Returns Policy

    Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

    To complete your return, we require a copy of your invoice as a proof of purchase.

    There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

    • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
    • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery


    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If your refund is approved, we will process your refund, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    Late or missing refunds

    1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again.
    2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    3. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, if your total order value was less than £40. 

    If you return an order worth over £20, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
